  • TheStudeo does not and will not offer refunds on services, products, or treatments. You have one week to come in to make changes to your service.

  • No refunds on hair extensions, extension services, hair replacement units and replacement services. Deposit must be made one full week before the appointment. You will be sent an invoice to make a secured deposit for your appointment. If you need to reschedule it must be done within 48 hours of the appointments it takes either half a day or a full day for this service.

    If you go to another stylist to get your hair done, including color or styling, use box color, glaze, conditioner, masques, oil or anything we’ve spoken of in the consultation TheStudeo is not liable.

  • We do not allow you to blow dry your own hair for insurance purposes.

  • For men 5-10 minutes and women 10-15 minutes is all I can allow for being late. I have other clients coming in right behind you and I can not run late for them or you. Please be considerate of everyone’s time. Thank you for understanding.

  • I get it. Things happen, they’re unavoidable, and we need to reschedule. We ask for 24 hours notice for cut and color services and 72 hours notice for hair extension services.

    Last-minute cancellations and “no-shows” cause the salon to have gaps in the schedule that another client can not fill, causing the salon and stylist to lose revenue. There will be a 100% service charge for these missed appointments 50% for late cancellations.

  • We require everyone to deposit their card number to make appointments now and in the future. Deposits cut down on the no-shows and loss of income the salon has to endure.

  • We’re doing everything we can to ensure everyone’s safety. The latest, Omicron, is here, and we are taking the same precautions as before. A lot of cleaning, sanitizing, and more sanitizing.
